This Payment Policy explains how payments work when you order from M & N Carpet ("we," "us," "our") at mandncarpet.com.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
• Shop Pay
Available card brands are shown at checkout. We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, money orders or payments outside our online checkout for online orders.
2. Currency and Pricing
All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices are shown per item on each product page. Shipping charges and any applicable sales tax are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders of $50 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
3. Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied where required by law, based on your shipping address. The tax amount is shown at checkout before payment.
Payment is captured automatically when you place your order at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.
5. Payment Security
All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout using SSL encryption. M & N Carpet never sees or stores your full card number. Shop Pay stores payment details securely with Shopify, not with us.
6. Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details and billing address, or contact your bank. You may also try another accepted payment method.
7. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, we may review orders for signs of fraud. We may contact you to verify details, and we reserve the right to cancel any order we cannot verify. If an order is cancelled, any authorization or charge is released or refunded in full.
8. Pricing Errors
We work to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund your payment in full, or contact you to confirm whether you would like to proceed at the correct price.
